Terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions as they form an agreement with regards to your stay with us including what to expect from us and what we expect from our guests.

Ocean Drive apartments (referred to as "us" or "we") and the guest(s) (referred to as you) will be entering an agreement in accordance with these terms and conditions. Only persons of 18 years and older are eligable to make a booking. The guest making the booking is responsable for the additional guest(s) in every respect including any dog(s).

Duration of times and lettings

You should not arrive before 2pm on the commencement date and must leave by 10am on the departure date. Failure to do so could incur additional costs to include but not limited to a further days charge. The beach hut access times are from 9am until 6pm. The property must only be used for the purpose of your holiday and subject to these terms and conditions.

Apartment Booking

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions and this includes bookings through third parties such as booking.com.

Depost and Payments

Deposits are not refundable unless prior agreement to do so has been made in writing and full payment must be received within the agreed timeframe. If full payment is not made within the specified time your booking may be cancelled and may still be chargeable if loss has been incurred by Ocean Drive Apartments.

Damage or theft of property

Any damage to property including structure, internal damage fixtures and fittings or equipment must be reported immediatley to Ocean Drive Apartments. Any damage or loss of property will be chargable and customers debit or credit card details will be used to recover any such loses. All items in the apartment including bedding, towels, utensils and other items supplied with the apartment remains the property of Ocean Drive Apartments.

Liability

Ocean Drive Apartments accepts no liability whatsoever for any personal injury material loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the property, or exceptional weather or damage caused by a Force Majeure event. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage of property, (including pets), vehicles or vehicle contents belonging to the Guest or any member of the party during their occupancy.

General behaviour

Whilst we want all our guests to make the most of their stay with us, we must ask guests to consider other guests and neighbours during their stay. We are in a residential area and must respect our neighbours this includes having full control of your dog at all times. We reserve the right to remove any guests deemed to be making a nuisance or failing to adhere to our terms and conditions in any way, they will remain liable for any additional days remaining on their let. We have a strict no smoking policy in our apartments, smoking is permitted ouside the property but we would ask guests to dispose of their butt ends in a safe and responsable manner.

Losses out of our control

Any loss incurred due to circumstances out of our control for example severe weather, flooding or other reasons affecting your time with us will not be deemed the responsabilty of Ocean Drive Apartments and can not be claimed as damages under any circumstances.

Dog Friendly

Here at Ocean Drive Apartments we are dog friendly on request (charges apply). We would love to have your furry friends come along with you.
